An International Rugby Experience to Remember – CBC Boksburg vs CBC Cork

It was an absolute privilege and honour to welcome CBC Cork, our fellow Lasallian brothers from Ireland, to CBC Boksburg for a memorable rugby fixture that truly captured the spirit of international brotherhood, sportsmanship, and school pride.

The fixture was more than just a game — it was a celebration of shared values and traditions. The boys relished the opportunity to test themselves against international opposition, and the match was played in an incredibly positive spirit. There was great camaraderie on and off the field, with handshakes, shared laughs, and new friendships formed that will no doubt be remembered for years to come.

For our boys, this was a rare and enriching opportunity to not only represent CBC Boksburg on the field but also to engage with peers from across the world who share a similar ethos and school culture. Moments like these go far beyond the scoreboard — they build character, broaden horizons, and reinforce the global nature of our Lasallian family.
