CBC’s Jeremy-Ross van Wyk Finishes 8th at Boys Schools Cross-Country Prestige

CBC Boksburg is proud to celebrate the achievement of one of its rising athletic talents, Jeremy-Ross van Wyk, who secured a Top 10 finish at the Boys Schools Cross-Country Prestige held at St Stithian's College.

Jeremy-Ross finished in 8th position, clocking a remarkable time of 11 minutes and 36 seconds, just 68 seconds behind the 1st place runner in a fiercely competitive field.

This annual event, regarded as one of the premier fixtures in the school cross-country calendar, features the best runners from leading boys' schools across the region. Jeremy-Ross’s performance is a testament to his commitment, discipline, and passion for the sport.

“To place 8th in a meet of this calibre is a tremendous accomplishment,” said CBC’s Cross-Country Coach. “Jeremy-Ross continues to push boundaries and is setting a fantastic example for our team.”

As CBC Boksburg continues to grow its athletics programme, Jeremy-Ross’s achievement is a proud moment for the school and a source of inspiration for all aspiring runners.
